Automatic moving screen

The automatic moving screen is an oil-hydraulic composite machine installed in channels or water collecting basins to remove the material piled up therein. The machine consists of a fixed screen installed at the bottom of the reinforced concrete channel, self-standing relative to the equipment itself. The machine body consists of a control cabin (complying with the current accident-prevention standards) and is fitted with a moving screen cleaners (cleaning comb) that has the function of removing the material deposited in the screen bars to discharge it to a special container through a counter comb. The machine body moves on two rails along the entire screen length and is controlled by a PLC programmable according to the user’s needs. The screen can be operated both manually and automatically and in both cases, it is fitted with limit switches and load limiting devices that stop the machine in the event of an emergency.
