Screw conveyor The screw conveyor is fitted with a spiral actuated by a motor reduction unit. The spiral is secured to the opposed end by a central hub and is fitted with adjustable supports with threaded bars. An inlet hopper and an outlet hopper ensure proper flow of the material. The screw is designed to collect the material discharged by a screen or a belt press (thanks to the inlet hopper) and carry it – through the spiral shape itself – to the outlet, where it drops into a storage container. The screw conveyor can operate both in manual and/or automatic mode, through control from the electrical panel according to the operating needs.
