Flocculator bridge Under the effect of the slow and continuous rotation, the flocculator conveys the decanted sludge through the sludge scraper blades to a central tank at the bottom of the basin and hence, extracted through systems like immersion pumps, telescopic valve, spillway, etc. The flocculator bridge is further fitted with foaming blades arranged on the bridge front, that convey the suspended solids to the foam collecting tanks and hence, conveyed to a discharge pipe. The cam with foaming vane can be fitted with an actuator that, thanks to a probe that controls the tank water level difference, automatically adjusts the blade height. The same may be actuated manually, according to the needs. At the same time, the pipe cleaning device fitted on the bridge continuously cleans the pipes themselves by the effect of the bridge rotation. The clean water exists from the blades and flows into a discharge channel. The flocculator bridge can operate both in manual and/or automatic mode, through control from the electrical panel according to the operating needs. Drawing of the flocculator bridge, model C 510
